The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2010
Interview
This was a very straightforward interview. I was brought in after the holiday season, so they were hiring again after all the temporary staff had left. Myself and two other girls were interviewed with the store manager in a very informal group structure. The manager asked us basic questions about customer service, work ethic, etc. We were all given a chance to give input and then ask any questions we had at the end. I was offered the position a few days later after the manager checked my references.
