The day I took in my application I was able to talk to the store manager and she scheduled a interview right away for the next week. I met with the store manager and she made things very easy and comfortable.. my interview took about 45 minutes. She was kind and very straight forward.. I left with a good feeling about things.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
