I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Oxon Hill, MD) in Oct 2011
Interview
I applied for a a seasonal position. I walked in an applied about 30 minutes before the start of a group interview that was scheduled. The hiring manager asked me to stay for the interview and didn't mind that I was casually dressed. She like my positive demeanor. The group interview started and she asked us standard interview questions about why you want to work there, how would you handle a rude customer, tell me about the time when you gave great customer service. You then had to take an item from the store and showcase your selling techniques and persuade her to buy the item. She then released us and told us that whoever was hired will get a call within a few days. She then called me back that same night and asked me a few more questions and told me I had the job. To come in tomorrow for training.
