Long, tedious, unclear on timings dates or requirements, started in March, offer presented in November rejected it as at the time whilst waiting had received another offer. During the process HR were at times invisible and then when they needed something from me or for me to be at a certain place for an interview/exam expected me to drop everything including my then current job to meet their needs, often at very short notice

Very easy. Everything clear from them, asked about my plans and goals, family. Commented about job description and department role in the corporation. They commented about what expected from the new employee on that role
