Barclays Software Developer interview questions

waiting for 2 months, then received an e-mail letter saying the interview application won't be processed. Just nothing, waste my time to fill in the long forms, just being ignored by Barclays.

1 stage of the interview. Just a call with various questions about Java. No coding task, mostly typical Java interview questions. Even tough there is one stage it took a lot of time to get response back, I think it was 2 or 3 weeks. They also have very strange policy to give you max 20% more than you had in previous work, so without other counter offer(like I had) , it might be difficult to get money you asked for.
