I had 5 rounds, an online test followed by a Skype call & then 3 face to face rounds out of which 1 was technical & 2 were manegerial. The interview process started in May & ended in Aug only to tell me that they can't match my expectations. The company doesn't respect candidate's time. Most of the people involved in the interview process were very professional, except the HR. Extremely poor communication about the interview process. I wont name a person but the HR executive who called me for salary negotiation was RUDE & was raising the tone of her voice while talking with me. Very disappointed to see such unprofessional people work at Barclays, I hope the company does something about it.
