Barclays Operations Analyst interview questions

It was a total of 2 interviews. They flew all prospective analysts out so it would be in person. Each interview was 40 minutes. These interviews were conducted one on one.

It was through campus recruitment - it was a fast process, and extremely transparent. First we had an aptitude test, then two rounds of interviews. Both the interviews took place on the campus, and the results were declared instantly.
