Barclays interview questions

I had an interview with HR-managers of the company. Among the questions asked were standard questions such as: 1) Why finance? 2) Why Barclays? 3) Why this program? 4) Why this division and a few situational questions (describe a situation where you showed your leadership)

4 Stages: FIRST: Shortlisting on the basis of Form filling. SECOND : Aptitude Test Quantitative & verbal questions Quantitative: 35 Q, 35 Min. - Very calculative but Easy Verbal: 48 Q, 25 min 12 passages of 5-6 lines. You have to whether the statement is TRUE or FALSE or CAN'T SAY. THIRD: Assessment round / Case study Financial knowledge is req. FOURTH: Interview.
