I applied through campus, and also filled the online forms. After getting shortlisted I had two interviews on campus, one behavioral, other behavioral plus technical. After around 2 weeks I received the rejection email.

Interview
The interview will have various rounds which will only check your English verbal skills. How well you speak, how confident are you while you speak and how good is your fake accent are the main criteria of selection. A bit of banking related knowledge will definitely add to your selection process. Previous call centre experience will give you salary negotiation power, after selection.

A random credit card holder's query like, 'why have you charged me this amount, when i was told at the time of application that i wont be charged anything for this card', is their favorite question. The interviewer will elongate this question and may give it an ugly side to test your temperament to test your under-pressure skills.

Applied online, then 2 months later got a phone interview, then went to New York 2 weeks later for onsite interview. It had a written test and four 45 minutes 1-1 interviews. They asked me questions on c++ programming, brainteasers, numerical analysis, stochastic calculus, options pricing etc
