The interview primarily centered around fit questions, which aimed to assess how well I would align with the company’s culture, values, and team dynamics. Rather than focusing heavily on technical skills or industry knowledge, the interviewer asked questions designed to understand my personality, communication style, and problem-solving approach in collaborative settings. Topics ranged from how I handle conflict or give and receive feedback to my motivation for joining the company and how I see myself contributing to the team.

Telephone interview followed by in person interview. Contract role so initially though an agency followed by an in person interview on site. It was an easy interview mostly following a star format
