Initially you are interviewed by the reporting manager followed by functional head. This process is very detailed and all aspects of your current role and experience is put to test during the face to face interview which could last between 40 mins to an hour each. Subsequently the HR Business Partner interviews you and if found suitable by both the Business and HR, you are selected for further processing.
