First, numerical and verbal tests online, then telephone interview (behavioral questions), then full day assessment center in London HQ consisting of numerical test again, role play, group presentation and interviews with hiring managers and HR. The process went smoothly and HR was good at following up with the results. The role play can be difficult, but you should relax and think quickly on your feet.

I applied through college campus Recruitment process. 1st round was technical aptitude it was a 90 mins test. We had to write two programs in it. 2nd round was a group activity with 4 ppl in each group. Next round was a technical interview which lasted about 1 hr and all the concepts of your projects DBMS C++ and Java were asked. Next was an hr round only general things were discussed. Finally an interview with the CIO was held and then results were declared
