Barclays interview questions

Applied to the 2025 Corporate Banking graduate scheme. Had an interview with a senior manager working in the Trade Finance team after completing two online tests. Interview was in-person at their Canary Wharf office.

Role required to work closely with the Distribution Sales Force, Trading, Operations (Middle Office), onboarding team, Finance and Technology partners globally to ensure appropriate capture of Client Revenues to facilitate accurate and insightful business performance reporting. The candidate is expected to work in a high intensity, results oriented team environment as part of the FICC Sales Assistant team in Mumbai.
