Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a technical round focused on coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and domain knowledge. It involved data structures, algorithms, and scenario-based questions. The second round was an HR interview that evaluated communication skills, personality, confidence, and cultural fit. Questions were about strengths, weaknesses, career goals, and situational responses. Both rounds played a key role in assessing overall suitability for the role.

Completed stage 1 of a 2 part interview process. After waiting for 3 weeks to hear if I would be offered an interview, called the recruitment helpline then received and email that said they had been trying to contact me but they hadn't. I was offered an interview with 1 working days notice. I scored high on a spelling and grammar test but was not offered a follow up because a response letter was too basic.
