Barclays interview questions

Two parts—puzzle solving and company fit. The puzzle-solving part was fine. The company fit part was odd and long. Basically, just a bunch of statements about company culture/teamwork, ranking them, then ranking them again when the question was asked in a different way.

The interview was mostly behavioral and I had a great experience. Pretty basic questions with very nice interviewers. The interview was about an hour (2 45 minute sections) I had only done a hirevue before my final round. Super chill overall.
