Barclays interview questions

It’s an MBA Summer Associate role, so the process is very structured. After the school corporate presentation, I attended several events in NYC, spoke with more than 10 bankers, and was invited to a first round interview, but I didn’t receive a Superday invitation.

Interview process includes application screening, recruiter call, technical or skills assessments, panel or behavioral interviews, culture fit evaluation, reference checks, decision making, and offer negotiation, followed by onboarding after acceptance.
