Barclays interview questions

A lot of pre screening and networking. First round all technicals - simple questions just make sure delivery perfect. Then superday if you get past that round. Mostly behavioural fit and calls are heavily screened before release first round.

It was great. Went well, but got a disappointing email after three weeks that it was not successful. That's completely different to the impression I heard at the interview. The questions asked were answered and supported with evidences.
