Barclays interview questions

Applied to the spring which has CV screening and online assessment, then did the spring. Then has two interviews on the spring week to convert. The interviews were mainly motivational and behavioural with some commercial awareness questions and brain teasers

Normal interview process with cover letter and CV, had the usual sort of questions and was completely in line with everything you might expect - key to have financial services experience and policy background to go in house with Barclays. Although I have noticed this department seems to be hiring a lot over the last 3 years so lots of people coming and going !
