Interview
Le processusba duré deux mois et c'est fait en 3 parties:
-1ère partie: Entretien avec le VP en anglais sur les motivations + quelques questions techniques et des mises en situation. Puis un entretien avec 2 managers avec un test sur excel.
-2ème partie: entretien avec le RH sur les motivations et sur les prétentions salariales
-3ème partie: Entretien avec 2 managers du même département mais faisant partie de la même équipe, question sur les motivations et le parcours. Puis, entretien avec la CFO en anglais, questions sur les motivations / personnalité et des mises en situations

Quels documents demanderiez vous si le trader vous dit que le dépassement de limite est justifié

Interview
After you apply, there is a numerical SHL Test, then a video interview, where you record your answers and then an assessment centre. 1.5 weeks after my video interview, I was invited to an assessment centre.
Assessment centre includes:
1. Competency based questions with 2 years senior compliance analyst. Basic questions, why Barclays? Name a time where you worked in a team? Quite easy going.
2. Case study interview, you get 20 minutes to prepare and then another 2 years senior compliance analyst will quiz you on issues you find in the case study. It's quite easy and it's based on issues in a branch so not technical.
The interviews all went fine but I was left in the dark after an extensive interview process for 3.5 months. Barclays outsource their recruitment process so the phone number that eventually rang 3.5 months later to put me on a reserve list was from the Phillipines. They should really value candidates more, it's a lot of valuable time and effort for the entire application process.
2 stage interview process. I had a call with HR and then a MS teams call with two people from technical team. Process took a long time - about 3 months.
