Kept meeting different people with similar interview questions. Asked about my market view, what my current role entails and what would I like to do in my future role. Long process but informative and give you time to decide.
Really good and smooth process. Throughly enjoyed the interviews management is good. I was recruited via an agency and then was progressed internally at Barclays and the staff were lovely and interview was fairly easy for a junior level role.
