such a mess... changed the interview date for several times. assessor didn't show up in the interview and later requested another date. HR sent out wrong assessment day format. assessor didn't turn on his camera the whole time.

CV sent in completed online tests, then sent a load of information to learn about and understand that may be asked in an interview specific to the role. I was offered the job after a successful application, but they changed the job role to an entry-level role and a low band of pay I wouldn't have applied for in the first place. They wouldn't budge on offered pay as it is banded, so I questioned why they have changed the role and how, as an external, I am meant to know what band the pay is for each job role as it doesn't state on the site. Was told they got the advert wrong online, judging by my experience I'd be a great candidate for the higher banded role. I asked can they put me forward for that, I'd be happy to re interview if a different team. They said it was not possible to "transfer talent". I applied for the higher banded role suggested by the lady and got auto-rejected. It has a terrible recruitment system and experience, I dodged a bullet if that's how it operates before getting into the company.
