Barclays interview questions

For the interview process, there was only one interview with a couple of senior staff members over Microsoft Teams. They asked basic questions about myself/my work history then told me more about the role, explaining what my responsibilities would be.

It was a 30 minute interview which started with a pre prepared presentation on relevant work that I had undertaken during my undergraduate degree. The rest of the interview consisted of motivational/strength based questions and discussing how PhD's work at Oxford.
