Barclays interview questions

The first step after applying is an online test that checks for behavioural traits. Then the second round is a hacker rank coding test. The final round is 2 45 minute behavioural interviews conducted consecutively one after the other by two different people.

2 stage interview. I received the call from HR on the next day after applying to the opportunity. But it took 2 weeks to get schedule for the next round. 2nd round was with 2 leads. I have thoroughly researched about the interview questions and prepared for the interview. They didn't ask even a single question from my preparation. One of the interviewers were late to do the interview. I found like its unprofessional. I have been searching for a job like a mad person for past 1 and half years. I don't know why such a bad experience. I would expect both the interviewers to come on time. Because I was well prepared and on time for the interview. After 10 days, I received the rejection mail with no explanation for rejection.
