Barclays interview questions

Only 1 round happened and in that round they asked only behavioral question which was unusual, Generally they ask some problem to test your problem solving skills in Data Structures and Algorithms

Interview process includes HR round and Ops round. Some process may require you to give aptitude. The managers and the HR will take your first round and will assure you about next round. Suddenly, some HR person will come and say you did not clear the last round. So much confusion in the interview. There is no guarantee at Barclays after 1st round that you will be given opportunity for next round. Barclays HR department does repones very late. They will waste your month! Barclays is a good company but the HR department is worst when it comes to professional interview. HR department should understand the value of time. Sometimes, people also get offer letter and being demanded for some alien type document.
