Barclays interview questions

Via recruiter and had only one interview with 2 head of the department. It’s was long, but pretty average questions asked. Mostly interpersonal skill questions. I got an offer within a week and signed the contract a few days later.

Values and Mindset Assessment - For 3 choose 2, first pick best option based on position you applying for, then pick another after eliminating the one that does not describe you. Coding Assessment - Two coding questions in an hour. Leetcode questions can be level hard. One on algorithms, one on data structure.
