Barclays interview questions

First a coding assessment to get accepted into the spring internship. Then 2 interviews with a mix of behavioural and technical questions to get an offer for a summer internship.

The whole process took about 3 hours, Quite intense and nervours. There were 2 motivational and some behaviour quetions. I think the process is machinelike. Interviewers does not really show much care and energy. Not much useful feedback for the interview.
