Barclays interview questions

Interview process was simple, they contacted me interview over the phone then one in person. It was fairly easy they explained the role and then asked questions in relation to my current skills and how they align with the role itself.

I heard about someone got the offer which can not speak English fluently and his background is definitely not relevant. 2 Rounds online test and then got the the final round stage which had 2 interviews.
