Interview over teams. Quick to arrange but misleading advert. Advertised as hybrid but interviewer very defensive and stated expected to be in the office 5 days a week unless you have specific reason to be at home that day.

It was nothing like a technical interview. They were just discussing the on the projects that I have worked on. Questions like which design pattern did you use, which database, why etc.

Interview split into 2 stages. Talking interview and role-play. Both interviewers were really friendly, helpful and informative. Interviewer asked a lot of in-depth questions. Role-play was slightly more relaxed and interviewer was great at explaining. I felt the interview went really well however didn't receive a offer nor rejection. So I assume I'm on the reserve list.

Tell me a time when you had influence over people? Tell me a time when you experienced a challenge? Tell me a time when you worked in a group? Tell me a time when you went above and beyond? Tell me a time when you noticed a technical error? A lot of questions following this format. Was quite intense. Interview lasted 50 minutes. Following that was the role-play. Which I found easier.
