I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Barclays (Glasgow, Escocia)
Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. I applied through a referral, which helped streamline the initial steps. The process began with an initial call from a recruiter to assess my basic fit for the role, covering my experience, skills, and overall alignment with the position.
Following this, I had a technical interview with two managers, where we discussed my technical expertise, problem-solving approach, and relevant experience in depth. The discussions were engaging and insightful, making the process both interesting and professionally enriching. Interviewers were helping; do not worry. They are friendly and want you to succeed.
I successfully received an offer; however, unfortunately, I couldn't proceed further as my visa process couldn't be completed in time.

Question 1
Some basic questions on testing and questions on Barclays principles.
Heavily behavioral based, more difficult than standard questions. Multiple rounds, technical was explaining project + cs fundamentals + last round was a situational. Requires you to have a high level understanding of modern technical domains.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (Praga) in May 2024
Interview
I had a call with a recruiter and two technical interviewers. At the start, I introduced myself, and then I worked on a coding assignment. (The word assignment is in the dictionary. I needed to work with prefixes.) At the end, they asked if I had any questions. The interview lasted two hours.
