It is the first round OCR and the guy interviewed me is very tough and used to push me to the limits and if you made a mistake he would attack that relentlessly. BS formula, implied vol, VaR, market sense are tested in the process. Very easy braintease and not worth mentioning. The risk management guy is not very passionate probably due to his profession as a risk manager. If you are with a passionate character, it is hard to get through. The company job description said that you should stay calm even under pressure. I am a person not calm even in daily life. Haha
