Purely resume based> Before there was one online assessment and then HR+tech interview was together. Interviewer was very polite and patient and a positive person.I was able to give my interview without being nervous because of him.

The overall process is quite strict. They follow a script and aren't really allowed to deviate from it. They test for their values and mindset so it is important to be prepared for that.
