Barclays interview questions

Did assessment test through the web portal. Fast response by HR Staff. I think it was within a week or two. I was invited to a phone interview which lasted about 30mins. HR Staff was very friendly. I was offered to go to their assessment center during end Dec but I could not make it as I was overseas. No make-up session was offered to me and i was subsequently rejected.

The interviewer was incredibily down to earth and friendly and made the interview very relaxed. The Information Pack sent by Barclays Corporate pretty much tells you the questions you will be asked so it isnt too difficult to prepare. The Group Exercise is very well thought out and one of the more interesting group exercises there are out there. It is a very long process but it is a very good experience.
