online assessment followed by a 1 hour interview questions were competency’s based. tell me about a time when you overcame objection tell me about how you deal with conflict tell me about a time you made a decision which could of went wrong

Online assessment, followed by team selection and team lead interview and then straight to the Superday. No automated video interview. Superday included one quant team section which was math and statistics problems and the other interview was behavioural and job specific - i.e. what does the desk do, business understanding. Financial technicals were in the first interview with team lead.
