I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (Wavertree, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Was straightforward and very easy. Applied online. Did a personality test, then received a phone call from a recruiter, who asked basic questions then got invited to a group interview.
The interview was a group session evening and then a 121 interview at the end. In the group exercise you are split into two groups - 1 group does the interview first then, and the other group does the group activity next then you switch. Group exercise you have to sit in a circle and explain who your hero is. (This is part of your assessment) the 121 interview was very short, and the person who did my interview was very easy going, talkative and made the whole experience less nerve racking and a much more enjoyable experience. First interview I can say I actually had fun at. The recruiters explain the process very well and are also lovely.
