Interview
The interview was very professional and focused primarily on my resume. Questions ranged from general fit to specific internships. Emphasis was placed on relocation to San Francisco and previous relevant work experience. Overall what I expected from an initial telephone interview. Although it went well, another candidate with direct experience in the area was given the job.

Fast moving interview from one stage to the next. Detailed explanation of experience and accomplishments. Rather stressful interview. Interviewer shared about the role and what the job required. High level explanations.

Interview
First round telephone interview, followed by 1:1 and then a final round. Initial interviews were very quick and expected turnaround time was thought to be as quick. Process slowed down due to internal issues. Became apparent company unsure of type of candidate it was looking for. Mixed messages were being sent in relation to potential employment prospects. After final round did not tick boxes that had been previously ticked.
