Barclays Intern interview questions

It was an oral interview where the managers asked about my work experience and my career development goals. Where I see myself in two years. What was my work ethic and goals like.

Phone screen, questions were about my past experience. My advice would be to use the Situation, Task, Action, Response framework - commonly referred to as the STAR method. I also had to initially submit a CV, education is most important in my honest opinion.
