Process started with an online application with basic competency questions followed by a coding test where you could chose your preferred language to code in then a telephone interview, in-person interview and finally the offer

Online interviews (multiple choice questions based on scenarios and provided information based on an app development theme), and a coding test online. The on-site interview involved a virtual reality component (with more multiple choice questions and a reasoning task), and two face to face interviews.
