Barclays Analyst interview questions

Entire process was friendly where they want to get a flavour of both your technical and soft skills. An almost full day assessment centre with numerous breaks in between but which breaks your momentum. Depending on the nature of the job, the focus on technical knowledge may vary. All-in-all, a very holistic assessment but one that you have to be mentally alert at all times, paying close attention to details.

2 on 1 interview conducted at the company headquarters. Asked to explain the role and the business of the bank generically. Also was asked a few behavioral questions.
