Easy going but behavioral. Open-ended questions. Just answer based off of your experience and you will be fine. Took about 30 -45 minutes. They were all great. Show up on time andjust be yourself. Too easy.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Beaverton, OR) in Jun 2025
Interview
Stage 1 was a recorded video interview with about 8–10 questions. Most of the questions focused on my background and how it related to the role. You’re given a short amount of time to think and then record your answer, so there’s a bit of flexibility, but no real interaction. Stage 2 was an in-person interview that covered similar questions—mostly about my resume, work experience, and how I’d handle client interactions. Compared to the video, this one felt more high-pressure since the questions were asked on the spot and the environment was more fast-paced. Overall, both stages were centered around customer service, communication skills, and your ability to build client relationships.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bank of America (Deland, FL) in May 2024
Interview
Simple and clear- done in person after confirming through email the attendance. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, it was clear that some questions were irrelevant to the position. Aside from that, it was good.
