Bank of America interview questions

It was good, had 3 rounds of interviews. Once, after the interview, I got no update. It's been 4 weeks, still waiting for an update. I see a lot of Reddit posts saying that the hiring process is too slow.

Totally unstructured interview because there was no introduction to the role or the people interviewing me. Very basic and predictable questions were asked. The interview was with very junior members of the team, despite being told in advance that it was with a head of department. Someone left the call without warning halfway through and never came back.
