I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Maryland City, MD) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process started with videoing myself using hireview. It was straight forward, you just have to make sure that you don’t read your answer because it is noticeable.
Next one was a phone call, we discussed the information I submitted in hireview.
I’m still waiting to hear from them for the 3rd interview.

Initial Screening (HireVue):
The process usually begins with a pre-recorded HireVue interview. This stage focuses on behavioral and motivation-based questions, giving candidates the opportunity to demonstrate communication skills and interest in the program.
Superday Interviews:
Candidates who pass HireVue are invited to a Superday. This includes multiple live interviews with credit officers, analysts, and sometimes senior leaders. Expect both technical and behavioral questions, with a focus on credit risk, underwriting, and analytical thinking.
Culture & People:
Across both stages, the process is known for being professional and welcoming. The team is approachable, and interviewers often emphasize collaboration, curiosity, and a strong interest in credit.
