Fairly simply process for Bank of America, no cover letter just a CV, and then the first stage of the process was a Hireview interview for the Summer Analyst position.

Tell me about yourself, your experiences and why you are applying to this role.
Online and impersonal. I was disappointed with this interview. Overall I think they are cycling people through a crazy system and I was just a part of it for a brief moment
HireVue and then call with several employees. It was a fairly direct and straightforward process. There were not too many rounds that I felt were unnecessary or out of touch.

How changes in the Fed interest rate affect the economy
With the application, there will be an automatic hireVue which you need to submit within a week. You’ll be tested on behavioural questions about your motivation to join.
It consists of two stages - First round of interview, which is online and the second is the final day of Assessment centre. The process takes about 1-2 months.
