Hireview followed by interview with a BofA employee. BofA employee was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease and gave very nice feedback about me to the recruiter.

Hire View, Telephone Interview. There was no Online Assessment. TI was mainly behavioural with some numerical questions and a brain teaser. HireView was just behavioural and situational questions. Everybody got the HV.
Five questions relating to why the firm/programme and past experiences. They also asked to talk about a topic in current affairs that interests you and how it relates to your chosen division.
