The interview process is straightforward. There was no panel interview when I was interviewed. My interview was done entirely by telephone by the manager. Once the phone interview is done, HR will notify the interviewee of a second phone interview if they are selected.

Very nice interview process. Panel interview, wanted to know what I knew about the role, how my experience fit in the position, my goals for the future, what I like to do outside of work.
