Interview
My process is as folllwed: on 7/31 i applied for 9 positions in my area. On 8/2 i received email from two of the branches referring me to AllianceQ. The following day 8/3 i received an email from another branch asking me to complete an assesment test. I completed the assessment test the same day and did not receive a response until 8/18 which was a phone call from a rep there who shedule be for an over the phone interview with a recuter the folowing day. My phone interview was the following morning. The phone interview took approx 25 minutes, At the end of the phone interview i was scheduled for one on one interview with a branch manager of the location that has the opening. I was informed that they will be doing interviews all next week so expect a response to my branch interview. Well that as far as i have gotten so far. I have my interview today so i will post an update.

None of the questions were difficult i am just worried about the employment history verification.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
