The phone interview was very generic. Started with asking me to walk them through my experience/employment history, then moved onto the standard interview questions. What are you greatest strengths? What are your weaknesses? The recruiter didn't seem to know much about the position and basically just read the job description back to me (that I already read on the job posting).
