Was hired through a temp agency. There were face to face interviews with two hiring managers. The interview was to-the-point. It was based on IT related questions as well as on knowledge about commodity trading and investment banking.

In a previous job, what was the most difficult problem that you solved?
Only one online interview with 3 panels. The first one asked about general, self management stuff. Second one asked about project management stuff. Third one ask technical stuff. Since there was limited time, the question was not too deep.

Interview
The process started off with a brief introduction of myself. This was followed by 30 minutes of DB2 technical questions, including the mechanics of stored procedures, the process of creating user-defined functions, the definition of a join and the different kinds, the performance differences between joins and sub-selects.
