recently completed the first stage of the interview process with Bank of America through HireVue. The process included a total of 6 questions. The questions were mainly focused on my background and how my experience aligns with the role. For example, I was asked to explain how my CV matches the position and to share my motivation for applying, including why I chose Bank of America. Overall, the questions were clear and relevant, giving me a good opportunity to present my experience and career goals. I have been informed that the next step will be an in-person interview with a Finance Manager within the next few days, which I am looking forward to.

I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
The in-person interview started 17 mins late and then ended early, seemed like they didn't want to hire me already. Don't waste time if you don't want to hire someone.
I have only gone through the video interview and it was pretty easy and straightforward. Got asked three questions and that’s it. The next day I received an email telling me I was moving forward.
