I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was first given a 30-minute phone interview where the questions were strictly behavioral-based. After a couple weeks I was invited on-site for an interview. I was interviewed by a senior manager and a partner. I was asked to explain items on my resume. The on-site interview was extremely casual.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2017
Interview
The hiring process was very smooth and transparent. Not very analytical, more seeing for cultural fit. The human resources employees in charge or organizing the interview were very down to earth and made you feel comfortable. It was a long day in hindsight but it did not feel as such. The day consisted of speaking with 4 members of the firm, each having different jobs and experiences. They all asked the same questions. Education, experiences... resume stuff etc.
