Baker Tilly Audit Associate I interview questions

The interviewer is a manager from the Assurance line. The whole process is professional and friendly, combining of self-motivation questions and some basic Accounting technical questions. It takes about 15 minutes, excluding the Q&A part. The offer is made within 1 week after the interview.

I applied for the Audit Associate role at Bangsar South as a fresh graduate. The hiring process will start with a call from a HR representative that will ask a few questions about yourself and regarding your resume. Then, they will set a date for an interview within the same week. The physical interview was conducted at Bangsar South in June 2025 and it was a group interview, whereby there were 5 people including myself that were interviewed together.
